Section 02

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item shipped).
  • The product is significantly different from what was described on the website.
  • The product is in its original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.
  • The Roboult label is present and undamaged on the product.

Non-Eligible Conditions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind — the customer is no longer interested in the product.
  • Product damage caused by the customer after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or missing the Roboult label.
  • Requests made after the 10-day refund window has expired.
  • Fraudulent refund requests or abuse of the refund policy.
  • Products returned with wrong, extra, or missing items compared to the original shipment.

Time Frame

All refund requests must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be entertained under any circumstances.

How to Request a Refund

Raise a Request

Contact our support team within 10 days of delivery via WhatsApp or email with your order reference number.

Submit Evidence

Provide clear photos or videos of the product showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

Return the Product

Ship the product back in its original packaging. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.

Inspection

Our team will inspect the returned item within 1–14 business days to verify eligibility.

Refund Issued

Once approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Section 06

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product for a refund. However, in instances where the product is out of stock and a replacement cannot be offered, Roboult will assume responsibility for the return shipping cost.

Inspection & Approval

Upon receiving the returned item, our quality team will inspect it within 1–14 business days. You will be notified of the outcome via email or WhatsApp.

Approved

Refund processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Rejected

The item will be returned to you at no additional charge with an explanation.

Delayed beyond 14 days

If inspection exceeds 14 days, Roboult will automatically process the refund.

Section 08

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. For prepaid orders, the amount will be reversed to the source account — UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Policy Amendments

All refund claims are subject to Roboult's sole discretion and satisfaction. Roboult reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
